With over 15 years of experience each in the world of proffesional kitchens and our own businesses we’ve rubbed, massaged, and caressed enough meat to know a thing or two about what takes it to the next level.
Between us, we’ve served thousands of people through our respective catering businesses, including everything from intimate wedding feasts to jaw-dropping live fire events that had guests coming back for seconds, thirds... and occasionally trying to sneak a fourth. Over the years, we’ve been quietly perfecting our spice blends, crafting rubs that deliver crusts, barks and glazes that leave you drooling and having sticky fingers in all the best ways.
